I have minor breast pain and have for about a week cycle isnt due, They feel fuller heavier and tender, The veins in my breast are bright blue and spread, I ve had negative pregnancy tests my last cycle was dec 3rd I spotted Jan 6th and again feb 2 by spotting I mean I urinated once and when I wiped there was brownish reddish blood no need for a pad or tamp. I have been fatigued but no other pregnancy symptoms, could the pain be something else more serious?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Before going on to anything else it would be advisable to get a urine pregnancy test and rule it out as it is a common cause of tender and sore breasts along with amenorrhea.

Once that is ruled out you should get yourself examined by a physician who will do a thorough examination to rule out any lumps or other growth in your breast.

It is also ideal to get a mammogram done if you are more than 40 years old.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
